Apparently, Apple would be preparing Apple Health+, a service related to the Health app, but much more complete, with which we can improve our lives. However, it will have a cost, and will be included among those that the company already offers us in other areas.
Among them are Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Fitness+, iCloud and Apple Arcade. However, this new one would arrive, which, in principle, would not increase the cost of the One plan (if you have one), and would be like a free extra (although paid if we want it individually). It would be called Apple Health+, and we are going to see more about it.
What is Apple Health+ and how does it work?
Although it is not yet active, and it seems that it would not arrive until 2026, Apple Health+ would be part of Apple One, requiring a device with iOS 26, without knowing exactly if we will have it in a few weeks, or in a few months.
The main features that the service will offer us are the following:
- AI Health Assistant: An artificial intelligence agent that will provide personalized recommendations based on health data collected by Apple devices, such as the Apple Watch.
- Food Log: An outstanding feature that will allow users to keep detailed track of their daily diet.
- Educational videos: Content created by doctors and experts in areas such as sleep, nutrition, physical therapy, mental health and cardiology, with the goal of educating users about various health conditions and promoting lifestyle improvements.
In short, the app would help us in our daily lives in terms of health and nutrition, something that Apple insists on a lot, and that would give us a new service, free of chargeif we already have the One plan, a plan that came out a long time ago, with the intention of bringing together all Apple apps and that, since then, had not had any additions, so we are happy about it, although we do not know when exactly it will arrive, and if, with it, there will be changes in prices, since, currently, we can choose between the individual, family, and premium, with different costs depending on what each one has included.
Of course, remember that, with the last two, we can share it with up to 5 other people, the monthly price to be paid by everyone being ridiculous, so whether the price increases or not, Apple Health+ It could be something very interesting that we want to try now, so we will comment more about this service once the company itself reveals more data to us, since, for the moment, this is what is known, which is not a big deal.
